By using ApexRide ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ApexRide is a motorcycle ride tracking application that records ride data (GPS location, speed, distance, duration), provides route visualization, and offers group ride coordination features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using ApexRide, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You may use the App as a guest (local-only data) or sign in with a Google account to enable cloud sync and group ride features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App while riding in a manner that distracts you or violates traffic laws
• Manipulate or falsify ride data, location, or telemetry
• Use the group ride features to track or monitor others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's services
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Safety Disclaimer

ApexRide is not a navigation tool. Always follow local traffic laws and ride safely. The App is designed to run passively — do not interact with your phone while riding. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of ride data you record. By publishing a ride as a route or participating in group rides, you grant ApexRide a license to display that data to other users as part of the App's functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. Group Rides

Group ride features share your approximate location and display name with other members of the group ride while it is active. By joining a group ride, you consent to this sharing. You can leave a group ride at any time to stop sharing your location.

8. Availability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexRide and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, ride information, or device damage.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
